Carefully crafted and designed for recycling
Wood is a key resource in the green transition, and it is also one of the central themes of Ripple Residence. This is far from everything you can see at a glance, as most of the elements traditionally made of concrete have been replaced by wood.
Wood is not only an extremely strong building material, but it also has natural insulating properties and is biodegradable, so it does not contribute to long-term environmental pollution.
Wooden structures sequester CO2 and require significantly less energy compared to the production of concrete and steel. The structure of the Ripple Residence is designed so that it can be disassembled and reused if it ever needs to be demolished. In this way, the wood can be reused multiple times, ensuring that resources are utilized optimally and waste is minimized.
