3. Collection of Personal Information

We receive most of the personal data directly from you as the data subject, but we also receive information from credit reporting agencies.

4. Disclosure of personal data to data processors

We share personal data with our data processors, who assist us in managing the ongoing lease. In addition, NREP A/S and its data processors, including other companies in the NREP Group, have access to the personal data.

We do not transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU/EEA.

5. Retention period

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the table in Section 2 for information on the retention periods applicable to the various types of personal data. We regularly review the need to retain personal data.

If you object, we may no longer process your personal data unless we can justify the processing on grounds of interests that outweigh your interests, rights, or freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the purposes of legal proceedings.

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to such processing. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.
