2. What information we process and why

It's up to you whether you want to provide us with your information. If you choose not to, the real estate agent will not be able to contact you.

3. Where we get our information from

We receive all information directly from you when you fill out a form on the site. We do not collect information about you from other sources, and we do not perform a credit check based on what you enter here.

4. Who We Share the Information With

When you sign up for the interest list, we will share your information with the real estate agent handling the rental of Ripple Residence, EDC Projekt Poul Erik Bech, so that the agent can contact you. The agent is the independent data controller for its own processing of your information, and you can read about this in the agent’s own privacy policy.

In addition, your information is stored in our own CRM system, and we use a number of vendors who process information on our behalf as data processors:

• Our hosting provider, which operates the server behind rippleresidence.dk
• Weglot, which translates the site into English
• Google Maps, which displays a map of the area
• Our consent solution, which remembers your cookie preferences

We have entered into data processing agreements with our suppliers, and they may only process your information in accordance with our instructions. We never sell your information to third parties.

5. Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

Some of our suppliers are U.S. companies. When your information is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is done so in accordance with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring that your information is protected to the same standard as within the EU.

6. How long we retain your information

We only retain your information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. See the time periods listed in the table in section 2. We regularly review whether there is still a reason to retain it.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have a number of rights:

• Access. You have the right to know what information we process about you and to receive a copy of it.
• Correction. If something is incorrect, you can have it corrected.
• Deletion. In certain cases, you can have your information deleted before we would have done so ourselves.
• Restriction. In certain cases, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data so that we only store the information.
• Objection. You may object to our processing of your data. If we process your data for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time, and we will stop doing so.
• Data portability. You can request that the information you have provided to us be delivered to you in a standard machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of Consent. If you have agreed to receive updates by email, you can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the legality of any actions we have taken prior to that time. You can also unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
